This program has revolutionized the way my clients are thinking about food. These color-coded containers take the guess work out of portion size. It's cardio, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance all rolled into one workout. Everything derives from the core. And you SWEAT. This workout is low-impact but high-intensity so it's perfect for people with joint issues. With this restorative program, learn how to sculpt you body using your body.

INSANITY MAX: 30

There's a good chance you've heard of INSANITY. It's the dvd program that put at-home workouts on the map. This is the NEW and IMPROVED version. And in my humble opinion, it's the hardest workout ever put on dvd. I mean, with a name like "INSANITY," what do you expect? What I love about this program is that you are competing with yourself. Every time you do a workout, you write down the time at which you "max out." Meaning, you truly can not go for one second longer. You have to stop. Every time that workout appears on your schedule again, your goal is to push beyond that max-out time. It's a fantastic way to measure your improvement. This program is for you if you have that inner competitive spirit and you're ready to take your fitness to the next level.

P90X3

Moves just like the original P90X, except these workouts are more condensed and shortened down to 30 minutes! Less chit-chat from Tony Horton, but with lines like "Don't put 'banana' and 'hammock' in the same sentence," you know he's still going to entertain. P90X3 is the perfect program to help you build muscle and strength. And it has just the right mix of cardio and yoga mixed in too.

Focus T25

I hold a special place in my heart for this program because it's the one that helped me feel healthy + fit again after giving birth. The photo on the left is me a 6-weeks postpartum, and the one of the right is 2 months after. Because of the modifier in these workouts, I was able to start out slow, and as the weeks passed, I could progress to push myself at a level that I felt comfortable with. And since my little guy took the shortest naps when he was a newborn (some were *literally* 25 minutes), these workouts were the perfect length. I remember I would put him down for a nap, push "play" on these workouts immediately, and then he would wake up during the cooldown. Showering is overrated.

22 Minute Hard Corps

Simple, no-frills, military-style workouts. All in 22 minutes. You do the drills to Tony Horton's cadence, and you count out loud (he makes you YELL) along with the cast members in these workouts, many of whom are U.S. veterans, representing each branch of the U.S. military. Through the sales of this program, Beachbody has donated over $500,000 to The Mission Continues, a non-profit organization that empowers veterans who are adjusting to life at home to find purpose through community impact.
