Get Your Shit Together

4 weeks. 4 tasks. An extra day.

 

My life has turned into a collection of whirlwind days.

Over the years, I have learned to get my shit together (for the most part!) in a lot of ways. I have a routine with my business, I exercise every day, I get a massage regularly, I hired someone to clean the house on a bi-weekly basis (hallelujah!).

But there are little things in my life that still don't happen, despite my best intentions . The pile of mail on the extra dining room chair drives me CRAZY. I just can't seem to go to bed earlier than midnight. I will floss for like 3 days in a row and then not again for 3 months. Why can't I complete these very basic tasks?

Because something that is easy to do is also just as easy not to do.

So I need you guys to hold me accountable for doing them. The Get Your Shit Together Challenge is born!

For the month of February, we will focus on just FOUR daily tasks that will become habits for us. They will be small, manageable tasks. If you have larger life goals, I will help you break them down into smaller pieces. For example, if your goal is to lose 30 pounds, then your first task could be to eat a healthy breakfast every morning. Period. For one week, that's the only habit you will focus on forming. 

So on March 1st, we will no longer feel like chickens running around with our heads cut off. Instead, we will feel an inner sense of accomplishment and balance.

Oh, and the extra day? 2016 is giving us an extra freakin' DAY. And it's happening this month! We will talk about what you can do with that day in the group.
