My entire life (even through college and grad school) I never had a clear view of what I wanted to be "when I grew up." All I knew was that I really enjoyed helping people. I stumbled into the field of health & fitness when my favorite Turbo Kick instructor at the gym, Dana, left for maternity leave. She asked me to take over her class while she was gone.

What?!  ME teach?  No, I couldn't.

But it turns out:  I could.

And it actually came quite naturally to me. Because Dana believed in me, I took a leap and discovered that I was good at something I never would have considered trying. The moment I stepped foot at the front of the room and taught my first class, there was no looking back.

I quickly learned how to teach even more people than just my gym class participants by trying my hand at virtual coaching as a Team Beachbody Coach. Now I can help people far beyond my hometown, all while being present all day, every day in my son's life. Today my work day consisted of chatting with my clean eating Facebook accountability group, playing Thomas the Train, pulling Mason around the neighborhood in his wagon, making scrambled eggs with salsa and avocado for us to share (his favorite), and doing a workout in my living room during nap time. This is the life I am designing for myself and my family. This is me living my freedom. If it sounds like a freedom you want, then it's my turn to believe in you. And it's your turn to take that leap.

As a health & fitness coach, you get to educate, motivate and inspire others to do their best all while cruising along on your own personal journey.

You don’t have to be perfect.

You just have to be real.

In fact, my clients appreciate it when I tell them how much I love chocolate and beer and pasta because I share in their struggles. I can relate.

My team of coaches, Poetry in Motion, is changing the lives of people all over the world simply by connecting.  We all work from home, on our own time, but social media allows us to interact with each other, and with our clients, in such a way that we develop strong, genuine relationships. Some of us have never even met in person, but we feel like we've been friends for decades.

Whether you're motivated to coach as a hobby, as a part-time gig, or as a full-time career, I provide my team with trainings, support, and tools to help them along the way. We work together virtually daily, cheer each other on, and most importantly, we have fun. Do you like to...

  • talk about exercising?
  • share healthy recipes with friends?
  • lead by example?
  • surround yourself with accountability, positivity, and love?

If so, it sounds like you would make the perfect addition to our team.
